Who is this for?

Property Managers and Landlords looking to increase their occupancy rate. This plan is ideal for any property with an annual occupancy rate average less than 98%.

What are the benefits?

    • Increase your occupancy rate by offering a 50% reduction in your new tenants “move-in” cost without taking a 50% loss in “move-in” revenue
    • Increase your tenants security deposit coverage protection by 50% at no additional cost
    • New Tenants can move in for only half of their normal move-in at no loss to you
    • The new tenant will have up to 6 months to pay Tenants Today the remaining balance of their move-in cost at zero percent interest

DEPOSIT ASSISTANCE PLAN

We will manage your tenant’s existing security deposit by making 70% of the security deposit funds immediately available as usable cash to your tenant while you maintain the same amount of coverage protection.

In addition to our plan covering incidentals at move-out for the full deposit, we also cover one month’s rent should your tenant vacate unexpectedly during the lease term.

Maintain Protection + Create a Revenue Stream

The security deposit coverage amount remains the same while adding a 10% revenue stream to your financial model.
